As part of our 100-year anniversary, end consumers will receive a free emergency light when purchasing a participating inflatable SECUMAR sport lifejacket in our online shop.
1. Promotion Period
The promotion is valid from 01 March 2026, 00:00 hrs until 06 June 2026, 23:59 hrs (CEST) inclusive.
2. Eligibility
Only end consumers (consumers within the meaning of Section 13 of the German Civil Code (BGB)) are eligible to participate.
The promotion applies to:
- Orders placed via the official SECUMAR online shop at:
www.secumar.com - Purchases of a participating inflatable SECUMAR sport lifejacket made during the promotion period via authorised brick-and-mortar or online specialist retailers.
End consumers who purchase a participating lifejacket from a specialist retailer will receive a compatible SECUMAR SECULUX LED II emergency light (TN 17611) free of charge directly from SECUMAR as part of this promotion, provided the participation requirements set out in Section 4 are met.

3. Promotion Mechanics
When purchasing a participating inflatable SECUMAR sport lifejacket during the promotion period, the customer will automatically receive a compatible SECUMAR SECULUX LED II emergency light (TN 17611) free of charge. The light will be professionally installed in the lifejacket by us prior to delivery.
The free emergency light will be automatically added to the shopping cart provided that the promotion requirements are fulfilled.
When purchasing a participating inflatable SECUMAR sport lifejacket via a specialist retailer, the end consumer may participate in the promotion using an online form provided on the SECUMAR website.
Following successful verification of the participation requirements, the free emergency light will be sent by SECUMAR to the address specified in the form.
4. Participation Requirements
For purchases via the SECUMAR online shop:
- The promotion applies exclusively to selected inflatable SECUMAR sport lifejackets.
- The free emergency light is granted only when purchased together with a participating lifejacket.
- A maximum of one free emergency light will be granted per participating lifejacket purchased.
For purchases via specialist retailers:
- The purchase must be made within the promotion period.
- Full completion of the provided online form is required to participate.
- A valid proof of purchase (e.g. receipt or invoice) must be uploaded when submitting the form.
- Participation must take place within the promotion period from 01 March 2026, 00:00 hrs to 06 June 2026, 23:59 hrs (CEST) and is valid only for purchases made within this period. Purchases made prior to this period are not eligible.
- A maximum of one free emergency light will be granted per participating lifejacket purchased.
5. Combination with Other Promotions
Combination with other discount promotions, vouchers or special conditions is excluded unless expressly stated otherwise.
6. Returns / Withdrawal
In the event of withdrawal or return of the participating lifejacket, the free emergency light received as part of this promotion must also be returned.
If the free emergency light is not returned, we reserve the right to charge its regular retail price.

7. Cash Payment / Transferability
Cash payment, crediting or subsequent offsetting of the free emergency light is excluded.
The entitlement to the free gift is non-transferable.
8. Availability
The promotion is valid while stocks of promotional items last.
9. Amendments / Early Termination
SECUMAR reserves the right to amend, suspend or terminate the promotion at any time for good cause.

11. Data Protection
- For the purpose of conducting the promotion, the organiser processes the following participant data: first and last name, postal address, email address and telephone number. In the case of purchases made via specialist retailers, the date of purchase, company name and country of the retailer, product designation and serial number of the purchased products, as well as proof of purchase will also be stored.
- The data will be used exclusively for the implementation of the promotion and stored only as long as necessary for processing and evaluation of the promotion and in accordance with statutory retention periods.
- Insofar as personal data of participants are collected and processed within the scope of the promotion, this is done exclusively for the purpose of proper execution and implementation of the promotion. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR.

- Participants have the right to access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, the right to object, the right to data portability and the right to withdraw consent. Upon withdrawal of consent, the collected and stored personal data of the participant will be deleted without undue delay.

12. Supplementary Conditions
