PRO SECU 275 is a very special lifejacket from the SURVIVAL series. The usual SECUMAR tip-top technology is hidden under the extremely durable protective cover made of the material Cordura 500 with reflective piping: bolero cut, high performance buoyancy chamber, automatic inflator 3001 S with indicator for cylinder level, posi-torque system and manual trigger, deck harness with anchor centre buckle, fleece collar and the optional extras of emergency light and spray hood. What is special is that the PRO SECU 275 is offered as a set with the STORM suit from ProRainer. Jacket and trousers are both comfortable, warm, breathable, practical, red-grey. Each item can be purchased singly or as a combination of suit and lifejacket. Here you have both: safety and harmony in one outfit.
A further combination which makes sense is the new man-over-board pack. Here you have all the safety equipment to hand and compactly stowed. A component part of this pack is the inherent buoyancy life buoy SECUMAR 17 with its extremely durable heat-treated foam body made of polyethylene. A buoyant rescue line, 30 meters long, is attached to this. The life buoy can be thrown close to a target without losing contact with the rescuer. Both these parts are stowed in a bag which is resistant to UV rays. The set is complemented by a mounting for the guard rail or pushpit. An optional extra to the MOB-pack is an emergency light.
All good things come in threes: the third SECUMAR 2000 special is a kajak. As light as a feather and easy to stow but yet inflatable in a few minutes as well as extremely tough - these are the most notable characteristics. The kayaks made for one or two paddlers are designed with a treble chamber system. Two of these chambers form the body of the kayak, the third the floor - and these chambers can be so firmly inflated that the kayak has a performance similar to that of a rigid kayak. This design is patented.
The kayak comes with extras such as a neoprene knuckle guard, buckle-down flap to protect the air valve, reinforced bottom and tracking fin, abrasion runner, splash guard, map window/dry pocket and a bungee cord for holding extra gear.
